 Who Manages the Programme The Northwest NHS Suppliers Bureau programme is project managed and delivered by Groundwork Environmental Business Services (EBS), which is a not for profit organisation based in Merseyside. Groundwork EBS is part of the environmental regeneration charity Groundwork, which is dedicated to improving the quality of the local community through businesses, people and the environment. Early development projects have provided Groundwork EBS with a thorough understanding of NHS procurement requirements and the skills needed by local businesses to ensure successful NHS tendering. Groundwork EBS has been chosen to design and deliver the Northwest NHS Suppliers Bureau programme on behalf of the Northwest Regional Development Agency. Other strategic business organisations across the North West are also supporting this initiative.
